Description

This Reese’s Cheese Ball is a dreamy dessert dip for peanut butter and chocolate lovers. It’s rich, creamy, and filled with mini chocolate chips and crushed Reese’s Pieces for a sweet, salty, crunchy treat perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup crushed Reese’s Pieces (for coating)

Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for serving

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.

2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.

3. Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

4. Roll the chilled ball in a shallow dish of crushed Reese’s Pieces, pressing gently to adhere.

5. Place on a serving plate and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened for a smooth blend.

Chill thoroughly before coating to help it keep its shape.

Use mini chocolate chips for best texture and distribution.
