Refreshing strawberry matcha latte recipe combines creamy milk, vibrant matcha, and sweet strawberry puree into a colorful layered drink. Perfect iced latte idea for summer days with matcha, strawberry, and dairy-free options.
Ingredients
100 g fresh ripe strawberries
1 teaspoon matcha powder
120 ml milk of choice
1–2 teaspoons honey or sweetener (optional)
4–5 ice cubes
30 ml hot water
Instructions
1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend into a smooth puree. Add honey or sweetener if needed and pour into the bottom of a glass.
2. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
3. Add ice cubes on top of the strawberry puree in the glass.
4. Pour milk over the ice, filling about three-quarters of the glass.
5. Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk to create layers. Stir before drinking.
Notes
Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
Let the whisked matcha cool slightly before pouring to prevent melting the ice too quickly.
For a vegan version, use almond, oat, or soy milk and maple syrup as sweetener.
