Ingredients
12 oz rigatoni

1 ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

3. Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add rigatoni and toss to coat. Add pasta water if needed for creaminess.
8. Serve pasta topped with Cajun steak tips. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
This recipe is ideal for using sirloin or ribeye; both offer flavor and tenderness.
Let the steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
