Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces linguine pasta
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Add heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce, adding pasta water if needed to loosen it.
7. Slice rested chicken and serve on top of pasta.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
This dish is best enjoyed fresh but also makes excellent leftovers.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
Control Cajun spice by adjusting the amount of cayenne in your blend.
