Ingredients

12 oz shrimp

2 avocados

1 mango

1 small red onion

1 handful cilantro

1 small jalapeño

2 limes

1 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp honey

1 tsp salt

0.5 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Season the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook the shrimp in a skillet or grill pan for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Set aside.

3. Dice mango, red onion, jalapeño, and chop cilantro. Toss with lime juice and salt to create mango salsa.

4. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the lime-chili sauce.

5. Slice avocados into wedges or cubes. Add lime juice to prevent browning.
