Description

This Slow-Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken is an effortless comfort meal made with just five ingredients. Rich, savory, and perfect over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice, it’s ideal for busy days when you still want a homemade dinner.


Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 ounce ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

0.5 cup chicken broth


Instructions

1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over them.

2. Spoon the cream of chicken soup on top, then add the cream cheese in small chunks.

3. Pour the chicken broth around the sides of the ingredients.

4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

5. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and stir until everything is combined into a creamy sauce.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese to prevent curdling.

Thaw chicken before adding to ensure even cooking.

Add a splash of broth or milk when reheating to refresh the creamy texture.
