Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, condensed cream of chicken soup, and softened cream cheese until combined.
3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
5. Shred the chicken with two forks if desired, then stir it into the sauce.
6. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles, and garnish with parsley if using.
