Description

This Smoky Paprika Chicken Alfredo with Lemon Feta Whip & Charred Green Beans is a creamy, smoky, and tangy pasta dinner that combines perfectly seasoned chicken, a rich Alfredo sauce, and crisp-tender vegetables. A show-stopping chicken Alfredo recipe with a twist, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

½ cup feta cheese

8 ounces green beans

12 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet until golden brown, then finish in the oven until cooked through.

2. In a food processor, blend feta cheese, lemon zest, and a splash of olive oil until smooth. Chill until serving.

3. Add green beans to the same skillet with olive oil. Cook over medium-high heat until blistered and slightly charred.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently. Add Parmesan and stir until the sauce thickens.

5. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with the Alfredo sauce.

6. Slice chicken and arrange over pasta. Top with lemon feta whip and serve with charred green beans.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture contrast between the warm pasta and chilled feta whip.

Keep leftover pasta and chicken separate from the sauce for easy reheating.

Use smoked paprika for authentic flavor—avoid substituting only sweet paprika.
