Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
10 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat with olive oil.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir for 30 seconds to toast the spices.
4. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
