Description

Spicy Cheesy Garlic Butter Chicken with Linguine in Four-Cheese Sauce is a creamy, indulgent chicken pasta recipe packed with garlic, cheese, and a hint of heat. Perfect for dinner parties or family meals.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

4 garlic cloves minced

4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup provolone cheese shredded

1/2 cup fontina cheese shredded

12 ounces linguine pasta

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

to taste salt

to taste black pepper


Instructions

1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain and set aside.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden. Keep warm.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Return chicken and spoon butter over, top with mozzarella and cover to melt.

4. In another pan, heat heavy cream on medium-low and whisk in parmesan, provolone, and fontina until creamy.

5. Toss cooked linguine in cheese sauce, adding reserved water if needed. Plate with chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for best results.

Don’t overcook garlic or it will turn bitter.

Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream to keep sauce creamy.
