Description

Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce is a bold fusion recipe combining chewy noodles, tender grilled beef, and a creamy gochujang sauce. Perfect for spice lovers looking for a satisfying weeknight dinner or an impressive dish for guests. This Korean-inspired ramen bowl is rich, balanced, and crave-worthy.

Ingredients

200g ramen noodles

200g beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)

1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon lime juice or rice vinegar

Optional toppings: 1 soft-boiled egg, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, nori strips

Instructions

1. Marinate the steak with salt, pepper, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

2. Grill or pan-sear the steak until medium-rare. Let it rest and then slice thinly.

3. Boil ramen noodles according to package directions, keeping them slightly al dente.

4. In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce.

5. Pour in heavy cream and stir until a smooth sauce forms. Adjust with lime juice or vinegar.

6. Toss the drained noodles into the sauce. Let them absorb the flavors for a couple of minutes.

7. Plate the noodles, top with sliced beef, and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, soft-boiled egg, and nori if using.

Notes

Use fresh, chewy ramen for best results.

Balance gochujang heat with lime or vinegar for a rounded flavor.

Slice beef thinly after resting for juicy bites.
