Description

Creamy, fruity, and indulgent yet healthy, these Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast. Packed with fiber, protein, and natural sweetness, they’re as satisfying as dessert—but made for the morning rush.

Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup diced fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

crushed graham crackers (optional for topping)

Instructions

1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.

2. Blend the softened cream cheese with a splash of milk, then stir into the oat mixture.

3. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

5. In the morning, stir and top with graham crackers, extra strawberries, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Use rolled oats for best texture. Instant oats can get mushy.

You can adjust sweetness after chilling based on your strawberry ripeness.

Add extra milk before serving if it’s too thick.
