Description

Fluffy, fruity, and irresistibly creamy, this Strawberry Marshmallow Frosting combines the juicy sweetness of strawberries with the airy texture of marshmallow fluff. Perfect for cupcakes, cookies, or as a dip, it whips up in minutes and tastes like a strawberry dream.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

1 cup marshmallow fluff

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely ground

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

2. Add the marshmallow fluff and continue beating until smooth and combined.

3. Slowly add powdered sugar, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt. Beat on low to incorporate, then switch to high and mix for 2 minutes.

4. Pour in the vanilla extract and beat one last time until everything is fully blended.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries, not frozen or fresh, for best consistency.

Re-whip the frosting after refrigeration for a fluffy texture.

Add a touch of pink gel food coloring if you want a more vivid color.
