Description

Ingredients

1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Sprinkles or crushed cookies (optional, for topping)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.

2. Bake for 14–16 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.

3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy.

5. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

6. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

7. Add sprinkles or crushed cookies if desired.

8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let the crust cool completely before adding the topping.
