12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or egg noodles)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (for sauce)
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6. Pour into greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
7. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
This bake freezes beautifully—just thaw and reheat.
Don’t skip browning the meatballs; it adds essential flavor.
Use egg noodles for a softer, traditional twist.
