Sweet, savory, and slightly spicy, these Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps are packed with tender glazed chicken, crisp vegetables, and creamy sriracha mayo all wrapped in a soft tortilla. They’re perfect for quick dinners, meal prep lunches, or an easy grab-and-go meal that doesn’t sacrifice flavor.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or sliced
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 avocado sliced optional
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil until combined.
2. Add cooked chicken to a skillet over medium heat and pour sauce over it. Toss and heat for 3 to 5 minutes until warmed through and coated.
3. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sriracha to make the spicy mayo.
4. Lay tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of sriracha mayo on each one.
5. Divide the sweet chili chicken evenly among the tortillas.
6. Top with lettuce, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, avocado, and cilantro.
7. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for an even faster meal.
Store ingredients separately if meal prepping to prevent soggy wraps.
Add shredded cabbage or cucumber for extra crunch.
