1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
0.5 cup bell pepper sliced
0.5 cup shredded carrots
0.5 cup snow peas
0.25 cup green onions chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
1. Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas to the pan. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar. Adjust spice and sweetness to taste.
5. Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in green onions at the end.
6. Top with sesame seeds before serving. Serve hot and enjoy the bold sweet-and-spicy kick.
