Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
parchment paper or silicone baking mat
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Drop small piles (about 1 tablespoon) of shredded cheese onto the sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten slightly.
3. Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional cayenne evenly over each pile.
4. Bake for 6–8 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
5. Let chips cool on the sheet for 5 minutes. They’ll crisp as they cool.
