Description

This Texas Roadhouse Salmon recipe is a restaurant-style seafood dinner made easy at home. Juicy salmon fillets with garlic, lemon, and herbs. Perfect weeknight dinner idea, healthy and flavorful.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon juiced

2 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook 4–5 minutes until skin is crisp.

4. Flip salmon and cook another 3–4 minutes, until it flakes easily.

5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then squeeze lemon juice over salmon.

6. Transfer to plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Patting the salmon dry ensures a crisp crust.

Don’t overcrowd the pan or the salmon may steam instead of sear.

Adjust cooking time slightly depending on the thickness of your fillets.
