Description

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.

4. Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same skillet.

5. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

6. Pour in chicken broth, simmer 2-3 minutes, scraping up browned bits.

7. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer for another 2 minutes.

8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
