Ingredients
500g boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Toss chicken until evenly coated.
