Ingredients
1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup mini marshmallows

Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple and pistachio pudding mix. Stir until fully dissolved and thickened.
2. Gently mix in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans or walnuts if using.
3. Fold in the whipped topping carefully until well blended and fluffy.
