Description

This Ultimate Cheesy Ground Beef Melt is a comfort food dream come true. Creamy, cheesy beef packed between golden, buttery grilled bread—quick to make, easy to love, and impossible to resist.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

0.25 cup cream cheese

0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 slices thick-cut bread

2 tbsp butter


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and soft.

2. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until fully melted.

4. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

5. Spread the beef mixture on four slices of bread and top with the remaining slices.

6. Melt butter in a skillet and grill each sandwich 3–4 minutes per side until golden and melted.

Notes

Use sturdy bread like sourdough or Texas toast for best results.

Reheat leftovers in a skillet or air fryer for maximum crispness.
