Description

A creamy, flavorful Greek Chicken Alfredo recipe with juicy lemon-oregano chicken, rich feta Alfredo sauce, and crispy Parmesan broccoli. A perfect weeknight Mediterranean-inspired pasta dish. Great for dinner parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

12 oz pasta of choice

3 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.

3. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Roast for 20–25 minutes until crispy.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in feta and Parmesan until creamy.

5. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

6. Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce. Add reserved water to adjust consistency. Plate with chicken slices and roasted broccoli.

Notes

Let chicken rest after cooking to retain juices.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crispiness on broccoli.

Add a splash of pasta water to loosen Alfredo sauce if it thickens.
