A no-bake, crunchy, sweet treat made with Rice Chex, white chocolate, lemon zest, and freeze-dried blueberries. This puppy chow offers cheesecake flavor in snackable bites—perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or whenever you crave something unique and delightful.
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons cream cheese powder
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup freeze-dried blueberries
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
2. Stir in the cream cheese powder, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
3. Pour the mixture over the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Gently fold until all cereal is coated evenly.
4. Transfer the coated cereal to a zip-top bag or container. Add powdered sugar and freeze-dried blueberries. Seal and shake until coated.
5. Spread the puppy chow on parchment paper and let it set for 15–20 minutes before storing or serving.
Notes
Swap coconut oil for unsalted butter if preferred.
