Description

Velveeta Chicken Linguine with Spicy Cajun Alfredo is a creamy, cheesy pasta dish packed with bold Cajun flavors. This easy chicken linguine recipe combines Velveeta cheese, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning for a spicy twist on classic Alfredo. Perfect for weeknight dinners or flavorful gatherings.

Ingredients

400g linguine

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

225g Velveeta cheese, cubed

Salt to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Slice chicken breasts into strips and toss with Cajun seasoning.

3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

6. Reduce heat and stir in Velveeta cheese cubes until melted into a creamy sauce.

7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce. Add linguine and mix everything together.

8. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed and top with grated Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Let the Velveeta melt slowly on low heat to prevent curdling.

Al dente pasta keeps the texture perfect under creamy sauces.

If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of cream or milk to loosen it.
