Description

These White Chocolate Orange Creamsicle Truffles combine the creamy richness of white chocolate with the bright zest of orange for a dreamy no-bake treat. Easy to make and perfect for any celebration or gifting moment.


Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp unsalted butter

Zest of 1 large orange

1/2 tsp orange extract

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Powdered sugar or finely shredded coconut (for rolling)


Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate, heavy cream, and butter over low heat. Stir gently until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

2. Remove from heat. Stir in orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully incorporated.

3. Transfer the ganache to a bowl and refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.

4. Once firm, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands.

5. Roll each ball in powdered sugar or shredded coconut for a festive finish. Store chilled until ready to serve.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for best texture.

Chill the mixture thoroughly before scooping to get clean, round shapes.

Optional: Add a drop of orange gel food coloring for a creamsicle tint.
