Description
A rich and indulgent cheesecake layered with white chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and chunks of Reese’s, all on a chocolate cookie crust. Perfect for parties or a decadent dessert night.
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Extra Reese’s for topping
White chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, then beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in melted white chocolate.
3. Fold in chopped Reese’s. Warm peanut butter slightly, drop spoonfuls on top of batter, and swirl with a knife.
4. Pour mixture into crust and bake for 55–65 minutes, until center is just set. Let cool in oven with the door open for 1 hour.
5. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with white chocolate and extra Reese’s before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
Avoid overbaking—center should still jiggle slightly.
Slice with a hot knife for cleaner cuts.
