I’m Nina!

Hi, I’m Nina! From my first pesto practice in my Nonna’s sunlit kitchen to hosting supper clubs under twinkling backyard lights, cooking has always been my way of bringing people closer.

I’ve combed the spice stalls of Marrakech at dawn, hand-picked ripe heirloom tomatoes on California farms, and learned the art of fermenting with Japanese masters.

I’ve developed over 100 recipes that celebrate seasonal produce—think spring pea and mint risotto, summer stone-fruit galettes, and winter squash curry with toasted coconut.
