Description
Rich, silky, and deeply satisfying, this Creamy Steak Pasta blends perfectly seared steak with a velvety garlic parmesan cream sauce. Ideal for indulgent weeknights or date nights at home.
Ingredients
12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup white wine (or beef broth)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season steak slices with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
2. Reduce heat, add remaining olive oil and butter. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Deglaze the pan with white wine or broth, scraping up bits. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened. Season to taste.
5. Add pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
Use a tender cut like ribeye or sirloin for the juiciest results.
Deglazing with wine adds great flavor, but broth works too.
Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
