Description

Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are a light, savory snack with golden edges, a rich cheesy flavor, and an irresistible crunch. They are easy to make, high in protein, and perfect for dipping, snacking, or adding to a simple lunch plate.


Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Add the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and parmesan cheese to a bowl, then stir well.

3. Scoop small portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each one gently into thin rounds.

4. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until the edges are deep golden brown and the centers are set.

5. Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for several minutes so they crisp up fully.

6. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve fresh.

Notes

Drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese if it seems very wet, so the chips crisp better.

Spread the rounds thinly for more crunch and slightly thicker for a chewier center.

Let the chips cool completely on the tray before removing them, because that is when they firm up best.
