Description

Lemon Cottage Cheese Mousse is a light, creamy no-bake dessert with fresh lemon flavor and a silky texture. Blended cottage cheese gives it a smooth, protein-rich base, while honey, vanilla, and lemon zest make every spoonful bright, sweet, and refreshing.


Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons whipped topping or heavy cream

Pinch salt

Fresh berries for garnish

Extra lemon zest for garnish


Instructions

1. Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, whipped topping or heavy cream, and salt to a blender or food processor.

2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust with a little more honey for sweetness or lemon juice for extra brightness if needed.

5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes for the best texture.
